On The Road With Lilith

I’m on the road all summer as the tour photographer for Lilith. The all-female music festival ran each summer from 1997-1999 when it was know as Lilith Fair. Sarah McLachlan is the headliner every night, but over 100 musicians will rotate in over the course of the tour.
As a photographer, the challenge is to make unique images beyond the standard concert photos. Here are some from the first few days.
Our herd of busses was lined up at sunset outside of the rehearsal venue in Vancouver.

Are you selling any photos from the Lilith Tour? I attended the Toronto show yesterday and was in the fourth row centre with no camera. I am looking to purchase a picture of Sarah McLachlan and one of Mary J. Blige. I have purchased concert photos from the Toronto Sun in the past, but they don’t seem to have any for purchase.

Lorrie, no print sales from Lilith, but you can see many more of my images at LilithFair.com and on the Lilith facebook and flickr pages. I’ll also do another blog post at the end of the tour with some of my favorites.
